OVERVIEW This website is operated by Lusso Punto. Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Lusso Punto. By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions.

SECTION 1 - LUXURY PRODUCT AUTHENTICITY Lusso Punto guarantees that all products featured in our collection are 100% authentic. We source our items exclusively from authorized luxury distributors and certified boutiques worldwide. Every item undergoes a rigorous quality control process before being dispatched to the customer.

SECTION 2 - PRICING AND MODIFICATIONS Prices for our products are subject to change without notice. We reserve the right at any time to modify or discontinue the Service (or any part or content thereof) without notice at any time. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any price change or suspension of the Service.

SECTION 3 - ACCURACY OF PRODUCT IMAGERY We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colors and images of our products that appear at the store. However, as luxury materials can reflect light differently and monitor settings vary, we cannot guarantee that your computer monitor's display of any color will be 100% accurate.

SECTION 4 - ORDER FULFILLMENT AND CANCELLATIONS Once an order is placed, it is immediately sent to our global logistics network for fulfillment. Therefore, we cannot guarantee cancellations or modifications once the order is confirmed. Lusso Punto reserves the right to refuse any order you place with us due to stock discrepancies or suspected fraudulent activity.

SECTION 5 - CUSTOMS, DUTIES, AND IMPORT TAXES As a global luxury retailer, we ship items from international warehouses (primarily Europe and the USA). The customer is the importer of record. All international orders may be subject to import duties, taxes, and fees levied by the destination country. Lusso Punto is not responsible for these charges. Refusal to pay customs fees will result in the deduction of original shipping and return shipping costs from any applicable refund.

SECTION 6 - LIMITATION OF LIABILITY In no case shall Lusso Punto, our directors, officers, or employees be liable for any injury, loss, claim, or any direct, indirect, incidental, punitive, or consequential damages of any kind arising from your use of any of the service or any products procured using the service.

SECTION 7 - GOVERNING LAW These Terms of Service and any separate agreements whereby we provide you Services shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where our business is registered.
